Live Whiteboard
A shared infinite whiteboard with sticky notes, connectors and live cursors.
One HTML file that turns a Claude Artifact into a team whiteboard.
What it does
Infinite dotted canvas: pan with scroll, Space+drag or two fingers; zoom with Cmd/Ctrl+scroll, pinch or the zoom bar; fit everything with Shift+1.
Sticky notes (16 colours, text shrinks to fit), text, rectangles, ellipses, a pen, and frames. Dragging a frame moves the items inside it.
Connectors that stay attached to items. Drag a "+" dot from a selected note onto empty canvas to add a new connected note.
Move, resize (Shift keeps the shape), drag-box and Shift-click selection, nudge with the arrow keys, duplicate, copy and paste, delete, undo and redo.
A context bar above the selection: colour palette, text size, arrowheads, bring to front, send to back, duplicate, delete.
Templates: Retrospective, Kanban, SWOT, Brainstorm.
Paste plain text: each line becomes a sticky note.
Live with other people: cursors with names, selections in each person's colour, drags, resizes and pen strokes while they happen, "is typing" labels, an avatar list, Follow, and "Bring everyone to my view".
Light and dark themes. Works at phone width.
Capabilities to declare when you publish it

db: board items are documents in the "items" collection; the board name is the "board/meta" document.
room: live cursors, selections and previews; the "summon" topic powers "Bring everyone to my view" for Contributors and up.
user: names and avatars for cursors and the people list.
Access
Contributors and up edit. Viewers get a read-only board.
If shared storage is not available in a view, the board runs in a local mode that saves only in that browser and shows a "Local" badge.
Live presence works for members of the organization that owns the artifact (Team or Enterprise).
Limits
Edits save per item and the last save wins. Text saves about half a second after typing stops.
Not included: comments, image upload, export, snap guides, grouping, locking, rich text, voting and timers.
