Polar Training Diary
Calendar, trends and session details from your Polar Flow data export
Import the .zip archive from account.polar.com ("Download your data"). The page reads it in your browser. Nothing goes to a server, and the page does not read the account-data file with your name and e-mail.
Calendar: a month grid with sessions in sport colours, steps for each day, and a week column with time, sessions, distance, cardio load and steps per day. The side panel shows the selected day, a week summary or a month summary, with the change from the previous period, a split by sport, heart rate zones, and one row for each day or week.
Sessions: heart rate zones with bpm limits, graphs of heart rate, speed, altitude, cadence, power and temperature, laps, the route shape, cardio, muscle and perceived load, recovery time and energy source.
Trends: weekly training time by sport, weekly time in heart rate zones, training time per month, daily steps and weekly cardio load. Each chart can also show a table.
Body and devices: weight, VO2max, resting and maximum heart rate, thresholds and FTP over time, plus your devices and sport profiles.
The page opens with marked example data until you import your own. It keeps your data in the browser (IndexedDB) until you click "Remove my data". It works in light and dark mode and on a phone.
Unofficial: Polar did not make this page. Polar's export does not contain sleep analysis or Nightly Recharge.
